How long will it take for you to ship my order?
We do our best to pack and ship orders within 3 to 5 working days, Mon-Fri (excludes weekends and holidays). Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or holidays.
How long will it take to arrive to me once it's shipped?
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and will depend on the service selected. For peace of mind, all packages are trackable.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping rates are set by carriers and will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Rates can vary based on shipping service, destination, weight, and package dimensions, You can view the estimate by adding your items to cart and viewing rates at checkout before purchasing.
International Delivery
We offer USPS international shipping to countries with delivery confirmation. Please note, USPS has temporarily suspended international shipments for certain countries, so we are unable to offer shipping to those regions at this time.
For countries without delivery confirmation, we offer DHL as a shipping option during checkout.

Do I have to pay import taxes and custom fees?
Import taxes and customs are dependent on the destination country's import laws. We have no control over import fees and are unable to declare a lower value for your parcels. Please check with your local post office or refer here on the fees that you may incur.
In the event that you are charged with import fees and do not wish to make the payment, the parcel will automatically be disposed and no refunds will be issued.
My package is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Not to worry! Sometimes parcels are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but please check with your neighbors and/or local post office for more information in the meantime!
