Refund policy
Returns
Sometimes things just don't work out the way you want them to! If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can request for a return.
Please contact us with your order number and we will guide you from there.
To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and in re-sellable condition.
If the returned items meet the above requirements, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. It should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be eligible for refunds.
Please note a 3% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Wrong Items
We apologize if you received the wrong item(s)! Please contact us within 14 working days from date of receipt and we will send you a replacement piece. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund.
Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We have a 90-day grace period after the item has arrived to fully test the items for any defects. If any inquiries are made outside of this period, the inquiry will be denied additional support.
Final Sale
Items sold as final sale are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation since we work quickly to pack and ship orders to ensure they arrive in a timely manner.
Due to payment processor rules, user-initiated cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
